On the sidelines of the Made in Qatar exhibition, the Fozdeal Forum, organized by the Nine Dots Group in cooperation with the Qatar Chamber, has successfully wrapped up its first investment tour in Qatar.

The event garnered significant participation, showcasing 10 unique Qatari projects.

With the presence of H.E. Mohammed bin Mahdi Al-Ahbabi, a board member of the Qatar Chamber, Dr. Mohamed bin Jawhar Al Mohamed, and Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Isaac, CEO of Nine Dots Group, the event saw robust competition among the projects as they presented their innovative ideas.

The event marked the official launch of the new Fozdeal Forum website, which will serve as an important investment platform for Qatari projects and a go-to destination for investors seeking opportunities in Qatar.

Dr. Mahjouba Dawood won the Fozdeal Prize for her innovative project, which involves advancing traditional methods of preserving camel meat.

During this event, Dr. Mohamed Jawhar Al Mohamed expressed pleasure with the substantial involvement of youth. He noted the considerable presence of investors and entrepreneurs who attended to examine the presented projects.

Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Isaac, CEO of the Nine Dots Group, stressed that it has been a priority for the Group from the beginning to ensure that this project constitutes a support to start-up projects in the country, playing a role in the overall development and growth of Qatar’s economy. He highlighted that future editions, both local and international, are in the pipeline.

The competition showcased 10 innovative projects, each with its unique offerings. The first project, Wqtah Application, focuses on providing booking services for activities and leisure spaces in Qatar. The second, Khayat Application, utilizes artificial intelligence for precise body measurements in tailoring. The third, Blanc Click Website, employs artificial intelligence for feasibility studies. The fourth, winning project by Dr. Mahjouba Dawood, is a Qatari camel meat preservation plant. The fifth, Oven LaVine, is a training institute and production center specializing in croissant production and distinctive bread types.

The sixth project is a Central Qatari Kitchen that houses multiple brands under one umbrella. The seventh involves two projects dedicated to hydrogen energy conversion for various uses. The eighth is an application for rapid and emergency intervention in Qatar. The ninth is a diversified trading center that supports Qatari enterprises producing non-perishable materials. The tenth is a Qatari factory specializing in plastic recycling and manufacturing various products for the Qatari environment.

Participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers for this pioneering initiative, recognizing its role in facilitating communication of their ideas to potential investors. They also conveyed their satisfaction with participating in the inaugural forum, highlighting the value it brought to showcasing their projects to a wider audience.
